When I was young there was pretty much no filter on what we were allowed to eat. Soda? Sure. Chips? Candy? Gum? Plain old sugar? Absolutely! Now that so much of parents’ focus is on healthy eating, there is such a discrepancy between what kids snack on now and what we used to eat in the 80s. Break out the seaweed snacks and edamame!
